For agencies and management companies
Your local changeover team on Loch Lomond
No local team? We clean, change and restock your properties around the loch, with hotel-quality linen laundered and pressed in-house.
TURNAROUNDS
Full changeovers
Clean, beds made, towels, restock of basics and a photo report to you on completion.
LINEN
Pressed linen and towels
Supplied, collected and laundered by us. No stock to buy, no laundry runs.
REPORTING
Issues flagged same day
Damage, missing items and low stock reported with photos, so nothing lands on you later.

- Rates depend on property size and volume
Email hello@hermitage-property.com with your properties and typical volumes and we'll send our trade rates.
